We recommend that you keep this on until your special day to keep the shoes perfect.
Please do remember to remove this before wear. If not peeled off, the film will become scuffed and very difficult to remove in one piece. The sole leather underneath will feel very soft, like peach fuzz.
We only use silk/cotton mix satin on our shoes, no synthetics. Any parts of the shoe that is satin are dy-able with satin shoe dye.
All Florence shoes are hand made and finished using beautiful but delicate materials.
Our silk satin shoes have a very fine, silky weave. To remove stains dab carefully with a damp clean cloth. Let them dry naturally.
Leather can be cleaned with a damp cloth and left to dry naturally.
When storing your Florence shoes, stuff them with the acid free tissue paper they are packed with and put them away in their dust bags.
Leather styles have a waffle dust bag, satin styles are in a polythene bag as woven bags can disturb the fabric.
Store them away from sources of heat and damp.
